Scouting

Oxford Agropro’s scouting team is qualified to diagnose problems in customer fields such as nutrient deficiencies, insect/weed/disease pressure and overall crop health. We identify staging and optimal timing for application of fertilizer and crop protection products.
Soil Sampling
We believe that to fully understand what the crop needs, it’s crucial to know what nutrients are available to the crops.
Oxford Agropro works with a local lab for the collection and analysis of soil samples from your fields. We provide composite, zone, and grid sampling depending on customer needs. The results from the soil samples help our sales and agronomy staff recommend suitable fertilizer programs to grow your best crop.

Custom Application
We understand how important custom applications are to our business, which is why we have operators that are trained and passionate about what they do.
Our operators put in long hours in the spring to cover as many acres as possible, so each field gets done within the optimal time. Pull type fertilizer spreaders are available to rent, if preferred.
Aerial Applications
Come corn fungicide season, we hire a third-party aerial application company.
Helicopter application of fungicides helps ensure all your acres get covered within the ideal timing window. We also have a high-clearance ground sprayer for customers that would prefer their corn fungicide to be applied by a ground unit.
